The Jan. 27 edition of Friday Forum will feature a discussion with Coach Reginald Mitchell of Nayee'eji Fierce MMA/Jiu-Jitsu in Gallup, NM, who will be teaching a free women's self-defense seminar this Saturday, January 28, 2012, from 10am until Noon at the Gallup Catholic School Cafeteria (registration begins by 9:45 a.m.) - We'll talk about the seminar, and about Mr. Mitchell's martial arts background, including influences from the warrior traditions of his Apache and Diné ancesters. That's Friday at 1 p.m. on 91.7 fm.
